When we try to look into the Consumer Digital Shopping Journey, it is a rather messy picture. As there is no single point of entry for influencing the buying decision of a consumer in this Digital Age.
This is the picture I presented during the 5th “Online Shop Learning eClass Live” on July 7, 2021. It is a very complicated picture depicting the Consumer as Shopper for a buying decision.
In a lot of ways, a buying decision nowadays will never be just a single moment or an impulse, it is a concatenation of influences by friends, social media, product review websites, search results, selection & choices available, brand perception and awareness…etc.
