When you start with any business, you must bear in mind that “Simplicity is always the key to success. I have seen may business owners or managers who are making the processes or the business plan far too complicated than it should be. At the end of the day, you will never have a way to evaluate how successful it could be in a longer run. There are some key questions you may want to ask yourself:
- Is this business nature the kind of what it may interest me?
- Is this business really have the market potential?
- Do I have enough resources to elevate the success of this business plan?
- Do I know the potential risks involved?
- Am I ready to take the risks?
- Who are the people I should work with in order to survive a better chance for success?
- What is the time frame is realistic to measure the success?
DON’T start doing any business if you cannot answer the above questions.
